Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • 5 large mint leaves
  • ¼ lemon 
  • 2 ounces whiskey
  • 1 ounce All-Natural Zero Calorie Simple Syrup (see recipe card)
  • 1-2 oz soda water

Skinny Whiskey Smash Drinks Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for 2 weeks (it won’t freeze solid thanks to the booze).
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

  • Fill a glass with crushed ice.
  • Add the mint leaves to a cocktail shaker. Muddle to extract flavor.
  • Next, add the lemon wedges and muddle again to release the juice.
  • Add the whiskey and zero calorie simple syrup and fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake until cold and strain into a glass.
  • Top with soda water, and serve with a mint leaf.
