Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 3 ounces vodka
- 8 ounces tomato juice
- 4 dashes Tabasco sauce or favorite hot sauce
- 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 4 dashes worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Healthy Bloody Mary Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge.
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

Low Calorie Bloody Mary Cocktails
Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
Ingredients
- 3 ounces vodka
- 8 ounces tomato juice
- 4 dashes Tabasco sauce or favorite hot sauce
- 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 4 dashes worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Optional Rim Garnish:
- 1 lemon wedge
- ⅛ teaspoon celery salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon chili powder
Optional Garnishes:
- Lime or lemon wedge
- Green olives
- Parsley sprig
- Celery stalk
Instructions
- Fill two tall glasses with ice and set aside.
- Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into a shaker and drop them in.
- Add the remaining ingredients, 1/2 cup of ice and shake gently.
- Strain into the prepared glasses
Optional Rim Garnish:
- Add celery salt, pepper and chili powder to a small plate.
- Rub the juicy side of the lemon along the lip of the glass (do this first before you add ice).
- Roll the outer edge of the glass in the rim garnish until fully coated.
Optional Garnish:
- Garnish with a parsley sprig, 2 speared green olives and a lime wedge and a celery stalk. Or whatever combo you like.
