shucked and cleaned

tablespoon
Seasoning Salt
Olive Oil Spray
Fry sauce
optional- for dipping
Instructions
Stand one ear of corn vertically with the wider part against the cutting board.
Slice down the middle in half then cut the halved parts into quarters. Repeat with the second ear of corn.
Spray the corn with olive oil and sprinkle over the seasoning.
Cook in the oven or the air fryer (see directions below).
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Oven-Baked:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the seasoned corn ribs to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-35 minutes depending on how crunchy you want the corn ribs.
Air Fryer:
Lay the corn ribs in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
Air Fry at 375 degrees for 7 minutes.
Flip and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
