broccoli florets

red onion
sliced

bell peppers

peeled and sliced

pecans or walnuts
(or a combination of both)
Spice Blend:
½
teaspoon
garlic salt

teaspoon
paprika
¼
teaspoon
pepper
¼
teaspoon
chili powder
¼
teaspoon
cumin
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
To a small bowl combine the spice blend, mix together and set aside.
Add the chicken breasts, onion, bell peppers, carrots and broccoli to a large sheet pan (or two small rimmed cookie sheets).
Spray with olive oil, and sprinkle with the spice blend.
Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through with no pink in the center.
Cool completely, then slice the chicken breasts.
Lay your meal prep containers out in a line.
Divide the veggies into each container.
Then add greens and top with the chicken.
And finally add in the walnuts
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
