Instructions
Add the sliced cucumber and onion to a large bowl.
In a separate bowl combine the greek yogurt, dill, water, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add the creamy dressing to the cucumber and onions, and toss to coat.
Serve immediately or cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
