Add the blueberries, dates, and cashews to a food processor.
Blend until the ingredients are mostly pureed.
Add the oats and the protein powder to the food processor and pulse until the mixture has the consistency of cookie dough.
Your dough should be similar to cookie dough consistency. If too dry, add 1 teaspoon of water at a time pulsing in-between each until it comes together.
Scoop out dough using a tablespoon, and roll together with your hands (if it sticks, get your hands wet).
Place in the fridge to chill and serve cold or room temperature. Will hold for 1 week in the fridge.
