toasted sesame oil
Orange Chicken Sauce:
Zest of 1 orange
Juice of 2 oranges

chicken broth

soy sauce
or Tamari

fresh ginger

Instructions
In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
Cook the chicken until browned and cooked though, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the orange sauce mixture in a medium bowl.
Once cooked, move the chicken to a plate, and pour the sauce into the pan.
Bring the sauce mixture to a boil, lower to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir often to avoid burning.
Once the sauce is thickened and coats the back of a spoon, add the cooked chicken to the pan and mix together to coat the chicken in orange sauce.
