⅓cupfresh or frozen cranberriesor leftover cranberry sauce

½teaspoonsalt

Instructions
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat, spray with olive oil.
One at a time, add a chicken breast to your cutting board. Using a sharp knife, slice horizontally into the thicker side of the breast and continue cutting to make a pocket inside. (If you place one hand on top of the chicken breast as you do this, it makes it easier.)
Fill the chicken breast with the brie cheese, and the cranberries. Drizzle with honey and close the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the hot pan.
Cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
