olive oil

chicken breast cut into thin strips

teaspoon
chili powder
1
teaspoon
dried or fresh chopped oregano
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
2
bell peppers cut into thin strips
1
onion cut into thin rings
1
jalapeno
all seeds and ribs removed, thinly sliced (optional)

large butter lettuce or romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
In a skillet heat the olive oil on medium heat, add in the chicken and brown on all sides for about 5 minutes.
To the browned chicken add chili powder, oregano and garlic powder and toss together until the chicken strips are all coated.
Add the bell peppers, onion and jalapeno to the skillet and cook until soft, about 10-15 minutes.
Scoop into the lettuce leaves and serve hot.
