These Low Calorie Pigs in a Blanket are just 47 calories! They are fun and easy to make, and even low in carbs and sugar! You can choose to roll them in Everything Bagel Seasoning, or not. So choose your favorite. Special Tip: If you don't have Self Rising Flour, you can make your own. For every 1 cup of All-Purpose Flour, add 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
To a large mixing bowl, add the flour, greek yogurt, and salt. Mix together until you have a thick dough.
Wet your hands (so they don’t stick to the dough) and shape into a large dough ball.
Flour a clean countertop or surface, and transfer the dough to the floured surface.
Add a bit more flour to the top of the dough, and use a rolling pin to roll out to a large 12 inch square.
Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut into 24 squares (3 cuts vertically and 5 across).
Wrap a piece of dough around each mini hot dog, and pinch closed.
If using the bagel seasoning, add to a plate and roll each prepared pig in a blanket in the seasoning before adding to the prepared baking sheet. Otherwise, just add the prepared pigs in a blanket to the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve hot with any of your favorite dipping sauces.
