This homemade blueberry yogurt is easy to make and comes with 5 additional flavors!Greek yogurt and blueberries naturally boost metabolism, and adding the liquified blueberries thins out the yogurt so you get a larger serving and a thinner yogurt. Special Tip: You can use any yogurt you like, including vegan cashew yogurt. However, you will want to drain the excess liquid off as it will make other yogurts too watery.
In a microwave safe bowl combine frozen blueberries and sugar.
Microwave on high for one minute until the berries have thawed and spilled out some of their juices. Do not drain, leave the juice in the bowl.
Add the yogurt to the bowl, mix together with the blueberries.
The yogurt will thin out as you continue to stir it into the blueberry juices, once all is combined and the yogurt takes on a beautiful purple hew , it's ready to serve.
