This Low Calorie Korean Corn Cheese Recipe is 200 calories LESS than the average recipe... for the same serving size!I was able to cut the calories, fat and sugar with the help of low calorie mayo and all-natural zero calorie sugar. Preheat oven to 400˚F and spray a baking dish with olive oil.
To a large bowl, add the corn, mayonnaise, 1/2 of the cheese, sugar, onions, salt and pepper. Mix well until corn is well coated with mayonnaise and cheese.
Add the mixture to the prepared baking dish, and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes until bubbling.
Broil for 2-4 minutes or until top is browned, watching closely so it doesn't burn.
Serve hot as a side dish, or dip with chips and veggie chips.
