This Hot Honey Pizza is just 131 calories per slice, all thanks to our low calorie pizza dough recipe.You can use store-bought dough, and store-bought hot honey as well. This recipe is easy to tip up homemade or partially homemade. Special Tip: If you can't have (or don't like) blue cheeses, try this recipe with goat cheese... it's so yummy in this recipe!
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. If you're using a pizza stone, add that in now.
Cover surface and hands or rolling pin with flour. Stretch or roll out the dough ball.
Add the role out dough to a pizza pan, then drizzle with olive oil. Top with pear slices, pine nuts and 1/2 of the cheese.
Bake the pizza in the oven for 10 min, watch closely and spin it 1/2 way through to cook evenly.
Once cooked through, remove from the oven and let the pizza sit for 3 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese, and drizzle with hot honey. Cut into 8 slices and serve.
Special Tip: If using a pizza stone + pizza paddle, add some cornmeal to the paddle (it will help the pizza slide and also give it that "delivery crunch"). Once the dough is stretched/rolled out, add it to the wheel, then add toppings.
