peeled

apple
cored and sliced

skin removed

Instructions
How to Make Carrot Juice in a Juicer:
Add the ingredients to the juicer, and juice according to manufacture's instructions.
Pour into glasses, or over ice if you prefer it chilly.
Drink immediately (on an empty stomach) for best results.
How to Make Carrot Juice in a Blender:
Quarter the orange and the ginger and add to a blender, along with 1 cup of water.
Pulse until the ingredients get moving, then blend on high.
Blend until smooth, adding more water 1/4 cup at a time as needed.
Pour the blended carrots through a find strainer, and discard the pulp.
Drink immediately (on an empty stomach) for best results.
How to Make Carrot Juice Taste Better:
Add an apple, or orange, to the recipe to boost sweetness.
Blend ice in the juicer to chill everything.
Add 2 tablespoons of mint leaves to the juicer or blender.
Blend 1/2 cup pineapple or mango in with the ingredients.
Add cucumber to the juicer or blender to make the flavor milder.
