This coconut water recipe is refreshing and packed full of coconut water benefits.
I like to buy frozen fruit for this recipe, I can find all 3 at my local store and it saves me both time and money to get frozen fruit… plus no clean up, bonus!

optional but very helpful
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a mason jar for storage or drinking, and wash out the blender.
Serve within 12 hours.
