In a small bowl combine the ingredients and mix well.

How to Make Buffalo Cauliflower Baked:
Preheat the oven to 450°, and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
Add the cauliflower bites to the prepared baking sheet, and sprinkle with chili powder, garlic salt, and pepper. Spray with olive oil.
Place in the oven, and bake for 15 minutes, until crispy.
Remove from oven, and place in a large bowl. Pour homemade buffalo sauce over the baked cauliflower bites, and gently toss and sauce.
Serve with homemade chunky blue cheese dip, or homemade ranch.
How to Make Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower:
Preheat air fryer to 320°.
Add the cauliflower bites, chili powder, garlic salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Toss well.
Add the cauliflower to the air fryer (working in batches as needed.)
Spray with olive oil, and cook for 10 minutes, until crispy.
Remove from air fryer and and place back in the large bowl. Pour homemade buffalo sauce over the air fryer cauliflower bites, and gently toss and sauce.
Serve with homemade chunky blue cheese dip, or homemade ranch.
