Preheat oven to 425 and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove and discard the radish stems, wash well and cut each radish in half. Adding to a large bowl as you work.
To the large bowl, add the homemade ranch seasoning and toss well.
Spray the parchment paper lined baking sheet lightly with olive oil, spread radishes out in a single layer on the baking sheet, then spray the radishes lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing 1-2 times to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven and serve hot or chill and add to a cold salad.
