In a small bowl, combine the zero calorie rub ingredients.
Add the chicken to a baking dish.
Remove any chicken parts from the cavity (giblets, neck, liver).
Rub the chicken with the zero calorie rub. Making sure to get it all over including the inside cavity. Spray the chicken with olive oil. Add the garlic to the cavity.
Fold back the wings and truss the legs (optional!)
Add to the oven and roast for 1 hour.
