peeled and deveined
Juice of 7 limes
4

about 5 tomatoes
2
Serrano peppers
ribs and seeds removed, minced
½
white onion

¼
cup
chopped cilantro
Extras:
Tostadas
chips or corn tortillas
Sliced Avocado
Lime wedges
Pico de Gallo
Instructions
Chop the fish or shrimp, and add to a nonreactive bowl (such as a glass bowl) as you work.
Squeeze the lime juice over the top, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. In this time the lime juice will cure the fish or shrimp.
In a separate bowl combine the tomatoes, Serrano peppers, onion and cilantro, set aside in the fridge to marinate.
When the fish has a cooked like consistency, pour off most of the lime juice, leaving about 2 tablespoons in the bow.
Add in the chopped veggies and mix well.
Serve on tostadas or tortillas, or with chips like a dip. See other yummy extras to add to your ceviche.
