Instructions
Combine the onion, jalapeño and lime juice to a medium bowl.
Let marinate while you chop the tomatoes and cilantro.
Add in tomatoes, cilantro and a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix well.
Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to marinate before serving.
