Remove rose petals from stems and run them under warm water to clean.
Add rose petals and distilled water to a large pot.
Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, and cover.
Simmer for 20-30 minutes or until petals have lost their color and are a pale pink (or whatever color you purchased).
Strain the mixture to separate the petals from the water.
Discard petals and place water in a glass jar to store.
Rose Water Toner:
Add 1 tablespoon of rose water to a spray bottle, fill with distilled water. Cover and Shake.
Rose Water Infused Drinks:
Add 1 teaspoon of rose water per 1/2 cup of liquid (water, tea, alcoholic beverages). Taste and add more 1 teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired flavor.
Rose Water Hair Tonic:
Add 1 tablespoon of rose water to a mister, dill with distilled water. Cover and shake. Spray on scalp (to relieve dryness) on hair (to add moisture and scent).
