¼cupoatmealI use quick oats, but whatever you have in the house will work
1tablespoonsliced almonds
1teaspoonreal maple syrup
⅛cupGreek yogurt
Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
Instructions
In a large pan toast the almond slices flipping until you can smell them, remove from pan to cool.
Make the oatmeal according to the directions on the package, once done sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon, add in the yogurt and ½ the maple syrup and stir. Top with almonds and the rest of the maple syrup and dig in.
