I don't know what came over me, but I had to try this for breakfast and let me tell you, it was good, really good and I will probably work it into my lunch sometime too.
Heat ridged cast iron pan on medium high, spray with cooking spray or Misto.
In a shallow bowl mash the banana with the back of a fork until it looks like mush.
Spread out the slices of bread and cover each a little on one side with the Almond Butter, then add 1/2 of the banana mush to the each sandwich and place in the hot pan for 1-3 minutes until hot and gooey.
Remove from pan, slice in half and dig into that Hunka Hunka Burning Love ;)
