Add everything (except the cherries) together in a huge bowl and mix well, move to a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, take out flip the granola and place back in the oven for 25 more minutes.
Remove the granola from the oven, tumble into a large bowl and mix together with the dried cherries.
Store in an airtight container for up to 30 days in your pantry, serve over ice cream, yogurt, or with almond milk for a skinny breakfast.
