Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, add the flour, yogurt, and garlic salt and mix until combined.
Form into a ball of dough.
Lay a piece of parchment paper out on the countertop.
Place the dough in the center of the parchment paper. Top the dough with a little flour and a second piece of parchment paper.
Use a rolling pin to roll it out to a large rectangle, 1/4 inch thick.
Remove the top layer of parchment paper and use a pizza cutter or knife to cut into 19 pieces. 1 long cut and 8 short cuts.
Take the strips of dough one at a time into your hands and tie it in a knot, then place on the prepared baking sheet. Do this until you have ties 19 knots.
Add the melted butter, minced garlic cloves, parsley and salt to a small bowl. Use a basting brush to brush the top of each dough knot with garlic butter sauce (alternatively you can turn over and dip the top of each knot into the butter mixture.)
Add to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
