These Low Calorie Tortilla Bowls are just 122 calories and can be made even lower calorie with low carb tortillas!I wanted to use the most common tortillas for the nutrition, this way your starting point is higher. Special Tip: I've included some yummy salads to add to the bowls just incase you're looking.
Spray the tops of the tortillas with olive oil spray.
Bake for 10-20 minutes until browned and crispy.
Remove from the oven and place upside down on a cooling rack until ready to use.
Special Tip: If you don't have oven safe bowls you can use two 9x9 casserole dishes. Just ball up some foil in the corners of the baking dish to give it a round shape.
