1slicebacon or turkey baconcooked to your desired doneness and cut into 3 pieces
Instructions
Toast the bread to your desired doneness.
Meanwhile, combine the greek yogurt, dijon mustard, garlic powder and pepper in a small bowl.
Add 1/2 of the lettuce to one slice of bread, top with turkey and 1 slice of tomato. Top with another slice of bread, then add the remaining lettuce, the bacon, and another slice of tomato.
To the last slice of bread, spread the greek yogurt dijon smear over one side, and add to the top of the sandwich (spread side down).
Cut into 2-4 pieces (depending on how you like you club sandwiches) and serve.
