Frozen grapes are a wonderful snack or sweet tooth craving! You can use any color grapes you like and you can even make flavored frozen grapes!Special Tip: Look for seedless grapes, you won't want to pick out seeds as you snack.
2cupsof Proseccoor your favorite white or rose wine
½cupmonk fruit sweetener or sugar
Instructions
Making Traditional Frozen Grapes:
Wash your grapes thoroughly under cold water.
Remove the stems from the grapes.
Place the grapes in a single layer on a baking sheet or tray.
Put the baking sheet or tray in the freezer and let the grapes freeze for at least 2-3 hours.
Once the grapes are frozen, transfer them to an airtight container or freezer bag and store them in the freezer until you're ready to eat them.
Making Flavored Frozen Grapes:
Sweetened Frozen Grapes- toss 2 cups of grapes in 1/2 cup sugar or monk fruit sweetener before freezing.
Sour Candy Frozen Grapes- toss 2 cups of grapes in the juice of 1 lime, them toss in 1/3 cup sugar or monk fruit sweetener before freezing.
Boozy Frozen Grapes- soak the grapes in 2 cups of Prosecco (or your favorite white or rose wine) overnight in the fridge. Drain and toss in 1/2 cup sugar or monk fruit sweetener before freezing.
