These cucumber rolls make great appetizers, snacks, and tea party nibbles! At just 40 calories each they are healthy enough for any diet. And if you don't like ham, or Swiss cheese, see my healthy swaps above!Special Tip: You'll want to slice the cucumber very thin, otherwise you may have a hard time rolling them. If you've never done this before I recommend getting an extra cucumber just incase you mess up.
In a small bowl combine the greek yogurt, dill, and garlic salt. Mix well and set aside.
Cut the ends off the cucumbers, and thinly slice.
Slice the ham and cheese slices into 12 strips (4 strips each slice).
To Assemble: Place the cucumber slices on a clean workspace. Smear a little spiced greek yogurt over the top. Add a slice of ham, and then a slice of cheese. Finally roll up and secure with a toothpick. And repeat until you have 12 cucumber appetizer rolls.
