Instructions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. If you’re using a pizza stone, add that in now.
Cover surface and hands or rolling pin with flour. Stretch or roll out each dough ball. Add to a pizza pan, then top with sauce and desired toppings.
Special Tip: If using a pizza paddle, add some cornmeal to the paddle (it will help the pizza slide and also give it that “delivery crunch”). Once the dough is stretched/rolled out, add it to the wheel, then add toppings.
Place in an oven at 500 for 10 min, watch closely and spin it 1/2 way through.
Once cooked through, remove from the oven and let the pizzas sit for 3 min, cut into 8 slices and serve.
