1/2 lemon = 1.5 tablespoons (1 1/2 tablespoons)
1 lemon = 3 tablespoons
2 lemons = 6 tablespoons
3 lemons = 9 tablespoons or 1/2 cup
4 lemons = 12 tablespoons
5 lemons = 15 tablespoons or 1 cup
Instructions
Wash the lemons and place on a clean cutting board.
Place your hand firmly on the lemon and roll it back and forth while pressing down to break up the segments (this will help release more juice).
Cut in half, down the middle and use a hand held juicer, countertop juicer, or in a pinch a fork to squeeze out the juice.
Strain and use in the recipe of your choice.
