Champagne
or sparkling white wine
Lemon twist
Instructions
To a shaker with ice, add the gin, lemon juice and zero calorie simple syrup.
Shake for 30-60 seconds, until well-chilled.
Strain the French 75 cocktail into a Champagne flute, and top with the Champagne.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
