In a small bowl combine the mustard and low calorie honey. Mix well.
Add the rack and a steamer basket to the instant pot, and add in the water.
Brush the bottoms of the chicken breasts with honey mustard sauce. Place the chicken breasts in the steamer basket, and spoon the remaining honey mustard sauce over the tops of the chicken breasts.
Cover and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally.
Carefully (with oven mitts on) lift the steamer basket from the instant pot, and move the honey mustard chicken breasts to a plate and serve hot.
Slow Cooker Directions:
In a small bowl combine the mustard and low calorie honey. Mix well.
Brush the bottoms of the chicken breasts with honey mustard sauce.
Place the chicken in the slow cooker and spoon the remaining honey mustard sauce over the tops of the chicken breasts.
Cook on LOW for 5 hours or on HIGH for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Use a spatula to gently move the crockpot chicken breasts to plates and serve hot.
Oven Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish and spoon the remaining honey mustard sauce over the tops of the chicken breasts.
Bake for 18-23 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Use a spatula to move the chicken to plates and serve hot.
