Club soda

Instructions
Muddle simple syrup and 4 mint sprigs in a cocktail shaker.
Add the rum and lime juice, and fill the shaker with ice.
Cover, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
Strain cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top off with club soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
