I’ve worked with world-famous coach Bob Harper, cooked many times with Rachael Ray and showed Kathy Lee Gifford how to make green smoothies that taste like cocktails. I trained under Marcus Samuelsson and cooked for both Nigella Lawson and Anthony Bourdain.
I know how to make weight loss both effective and delicious. And let’s face it unless you’re enjoying the food, you won’t be able to stick to the diet!
This new weight loss coaching plan takes my 10 years of knowledge and puts it all in your hands! I will be your guide, cheerleader, coach. I’ll make changes to your diet to help you find a way to lose weight and keep it off for good.
Premium Weight Loss Coaching Plan
Review of Current Diet:
We will start the weight loss coaching by reviewing your current diet. A week before the coaching starts you will begin logging everything you eat, this will give me a snapshot of when and what do you eat, drink, crave.
Creating a Custom Diet for You:
I will then take this current diet information to create a custom weight loss plan for you. I will likely take pieces from current Lose Weight By Eating plans, as they are proven to work. But they will be modified to your custom needs.
Weekly and Daily Food Journal Check:
One of the premium perks, daily food log checks! I will check your food logs every day if I find a place to modify I will contact you quickly enough to make an impact fast.
Each week I will supply a rundown and answer any food journal questions.
Text message communication with Audrey:
The biggest perk of the premium plan, direct text messaging with me! Have a quick question, text me. Going out to dinner tonight and not sure what to order? Text me the online menu a few hours before and I’ll pick a few healthy options.
Goal Setting and Weight Loss Tracking:
Setting reasonable and attainable goals is paramount in weight loss. We will discuss your goals and I’ll help you set some weekly and monthly goals that you can be excited about.
With the premium service, I’ll track your weight loss so that you see the average. We all have good and bad weeks, tracking the average will show you how you are truly doing.
Basic Weight Loss Coaching Plan
Review of current diet:
We will start by reviewing your current diet. A week before the coaching starts you will begin logging everything you eat, this will give me a snapshot of when and what do you eat, drink, crave.

I will then take this information to create a custom weight loss plan for you. I will likely take pieces from current Lose Weight BY Eating plans, as they are proven to work. But they will be modified to your custom needs.
Weekly food log check:
Each week you will send me your food journal and I will review it. Any notes I have for you will be returned promptly so that you can make modifications for the following week.
What is the Weight Loss Coaching Pricing and how does it Work?
- The Basic Coaching Plan is $125 per month ($31.25 per week)
- The Premium Coaching Plan is $250 per month ($62.50 per week)
The basic plan comes down to about $31 per week. If you think of the time I will be spending going through your food logs, creating a weight loss plan for you, basic coaching communications. You’ll see this is really a great value!
The Premium comes to about $62 per week. I only accept 10 clients to the premium plan at a time, this way I can be available for premium services like text messaging with you and on the spot daily food log checks.
At this time, I am only accepting one-month subscriptions, should you desire to pay ahead for extra months I can accommodate you.
