  5. Pour dressing over and toss together until everything is coated in dressing.
  6. Cover and chill at least 30 -60 minutes before serving. Add 2 tablespoons of water and toss together again before serving (the pasta will have soaked up the dressing).

  • 1 pint grape tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups cucumber chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup black and/or green olives sliced
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion

Pasta Salad Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
