Low Calorie Omelette Ingredients

There are two different omelets below. One is meaty and one is vegetarian. So pick the one that best suits your dietary needs (or budget) and enjoy.

You can get creative with the cheese, I’ve given you several options to try. Cheddar is my “go to” as I always have it in the house. But feta is so sharp and delicious as is goat cheese. Just choose your favorite or what you already have on hand.

How to Make a Low Calorie Omelette

Making an omelet is surprisingly easy to do and here’s a little tip… If it falls apart, you can use your spatula to break it all up and you’ll have a fancy egg scramble instead.

That’s what I love about making omelettes, if you mess up, you scramble it and you still have a wonderful meal!

  3. Pour the eggs into the hot skillet and cook, undisturbed, until they start to bubble up and pull away from the sides of the pan.

Lose Weight By Eating
This Low Calorie Omelet can be made meaty, or vegetarian. Either way it will be healthy, low in calories, and packed with metabolism boosting ingredients!
You can cut more calories by using 3 egg whites in place of the 2 eggs, but I find this minor "splurge" in ingredients makes a far superior tasting omelet recipe.
