Making oven baked hamburgers is easy and fast. And it means that you can have cheeseburgers anytime of year!
I like to use a cooling rack over a rimmed baking sheet to make these. It allows all the excess fat to drip off yielding a perfect burger.
How to Make Healthy Oven Baked Burgers:
- Preheat your oven to 425° and place a cooling rack onto a cookie sheet
- To a large metal bowl, combine the beef, burger seasoning, and steak sauce.
- Mix together until just combined – don’t over mix.
- Bake the hamburgers in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Flip, add the cheese (if using) and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Your burger temperature should be 155°F for medium, cook for an additional five minutes if you like your burgers well done.
- Remove from the oven, place on a hamburger bun and add your favorite toppings.
