Ingredients in Skinny Orange Crush Cocktails
To make a cocktail orange liqueur crush drink lower in calories, I used some low calorie mixology tricks.
Low Calorie Cocktail Tips:
- Zero calorie all-natural lemon lime soda: Zero calorie soda helps cut the calories while boosting the flavor. And best of all, it’s 100% all natural! (see recipe card!)
- Fresh orange juice: Fresh squeezed juice has far fewer calories and 1/2 the sugar than store-bought orange juice. And as a bonus, it’s metabolism boosting!
If you can’t find orange flavored vodka, regular vodka will work. I prefer Absolut vodka, but whatever vodka you choose, make sure it is not sweetened as this will add excess calories and sugar you don’t need in this orange mixed drink.

This is a very popular drink in the DMV area. It is my fav & my extra lbs show lol This recipe is Delish ! I recommend a true “ZERO” lemon lime (7-up) product. The other diet lemon/limes seem to be too sweet for my taste buds.
