Healthy Weight Loss Juice Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep

  • Juice Meal Prep – Add the cleaned and prepared juice cleanse ingredients to a freezer bag or container and seal. Store in the fridge (will hold for 1 week in the fridge). 
  • Prepared Juices – these juices are best made fresh, but you can make them ahead of time and store in a clean jar (with a lid) in the fridge. 

Leftover Storage

  • Fridge Storage – Add any leftover juice to a jar (I actually serve them in jars so all I have to do is add a lid). Close and store in the fridge for 2-3 days. 
  • Freezer Storage – Pour any leftover juice into ice cube molds, and freeze solid (about 4 hours). Then pop out of the mold and move to a freezer bag to avoid freezer burn. Will hold for 1 month in the freezer.

  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • ½ cup coconut water add after juicing

Orange Weight Loss Juice Recipe

  • 1 orange
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 inch piece of ginger

Superfood Juice Recipe

  • 2 sweet apples

Bloat Reducing Juice Recipe

  • 2 apples

Antioxidant Juice Recipe

  • 1 beet

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the weight loss juice ingredients well and pat dry.
  • Cut fruit and vegetables into 1-2 inch chunks. Remove any peels.
  • Place all ingredients in a juicer.
  • Process into juice according to manufacturer’s directions.
