How to Make Pork Tenderloin on the Grill:

  1. Preheat grill to medium.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the dijon mustard, garlic salt, rosemary, sage, thyme, and pepper.
  3. Rub the herb paste all over the pork loin, and spray with olive oil.
  4. Add the pork loin to the preheated grill. Close the grill lid and cook 12-18 minutes, turning every few minutes to ensure even cooking. When there is no pink in the center, the pork is done.Β 
  5. Transfer to a cutting board to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
