  3. Place the cored apples in a baking dish.
  4. To a small bowl, combine the cranberries, walnuts. Mix well, and then transfer to the apple centers.
  5. In the same small bowl, combine the brown sugar, oatmeal, and coconut oil. Mix well, and then sprinkle over the tops of the apples.
  6. Bake for one hour, or until the apples are soft and the top is browned.
  7. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
