Low Calorie Tips for Making Chicken Parmesan Rigatoni Recipes:

  • Olive oil spray… Adding a drizzle of olive oil will add lots of calories, all you need is a little spray. Save 100’s of calories and lots of fat by using olive oil spray.
  • Marinara sauce… I recommend making your own, and I have supplied you with a link to my low calorie marinara recipe. This will help save calories, and you can meal prep it. BUT, I understand that’s not always possible, so get organic if you can’t make your own so you’re not adding preservatives and excess sugar to your recipe.
  • Hidden Veggies… You may look at the recipe list and think “red bell pepper, that’s unusual!” but by adding one bell pepper and one onion (both metabolism boosting!) you are adding healthy veggies to this chicken parmesan with pasta recipe. This means you can have a larger serving, for less calories. And if you get a red bell pepper, no one will even know it’s in there!
