  2. In a small bowl combine the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and brown sugar.
  3. In a large bowl combine the coconut oil, egg, vanilla extract, and apple sauce. Mix well.
  4. Add the almond flour mixture, oats, flaxseeds, chia seeds, cranberries and pumpkin seeds to the large bowl and mix until just combined.
  5. Transfer the dough to a flowered surface, and mold into a 2×1-foot rectangle, about 1 inch thick.
  6. Use a pizza wheel or knife to cut 3 long cuts, and 4 short cuts so you have 20 bars.
  7. Move the superfood bars to the prepared balking sheet and place the oven.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. 
  9. Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then move to a wire rack or a plate.

    Pretty good recipe. Used brown sugar monk fruit and flax meal instead of whole flax seeds.
