How to Make Blueberry Lemonade:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all-natural zero calorie sweetener, blueberries and 1 cup of water.
  2. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve all-natural zero calorie sweetener. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  3. Add the blueberry syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the blueberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer, and discard seeds and thick pulp.
  5. Squeeze all the lemons, and strain out any seeds and most of the pulp.
  6. In a large pitcher, stir together chilled blueberry syrup, fresh lemon juice and remaining 7 cups of water.
  7. To serve: Fill a large glass with ice, pour homemade blueberry lemonade over the ice and garnish with a lemon slice and a few blueberries.
