How to Make a Low Calorie Bombay Bramble Cocktail
If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, simply use a tall glass. And if you don’t have a muddler, use a spoon.
Finally, if you don’t have a fine mesh strainer, just leave the seeds in, it won’t be as “pretty” but it will still taste yummy!
How to Make Skinny Bombay Bramble Cocktails:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries, blackberry liquor lemon juice, simple syrup together until they release their juice and are mashed unto a paste.
- Use a fine mesh strainer, to strain the mixture through and remove/discard the seeds.
- Fill 2 glasses with ice. Pour the blackberry mixture over the ice, and then a shot of gin into each glass. Then fill the rest of the glass with soda water.
- Garnish with a blackberry and mint.
