If you can’t find ziti pasta, you can use penne pasta. And I supplied you with a low calorie marinara sauce below, but you can also get store-bought if you prefer.

How to Make Healthy Baked Ziti
This low calorie Italian casserole is a great meal prep recipe. Make a batch for dinner tonight, then add the leftovers to individual meal prep containers and freeze for up to a month (will last 5 days in fridge).
How to Make Skinny Baked Ziti:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook the pasta according to directions on package. Drain and add back to the pot.
- Add 2 cups of the marinara sauce, plus any add ins to the cooked pasta and mix well.
- Move the pasta to a 9×13 casserole dish. Top with remaining marinara sauce, and then cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are browned.
